Dr. Joy Elian El Hayek is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Dental Medicine at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon, serving in both the Pediatric Dentistry and Digital Dentistry departments. She earned her Master’s in Research, Master’s in Pediatric Dentistry, and PhD from the same university, and recently completed a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Engineering. An international speaker recognized for her expertise in digital dentistry in pediatrics, Dr. El Hayek was awarded the prestigious L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science prize in 2023 for her research in this innovative field.
