Jad Bitar is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) based in Riyadh, bringing over 30 years of expertise across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He is highly skilled in leading strategic transformations within both public and private sectors, with a focus on health system digitalization, public sector transformation, and large-scale governance projects. Jad holds an M.Sc. in Administration from the University of Montreal, along with advanced degrees in Management and Finance from McGill University, and a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Concordia University. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in managing one of the largest public sector transformation programs globally, where his team introduced advanced governance frameworks, streamlined digital and shared services, and leveraged data and automation to drive efficiency.
